The next salt room group healing and meditation is being held on Wednesday August 30th.
Over the hour you will experience the healing and restorative energy of Reiki, receiving healing as a group as well as individually. Space will be held for you to receive many layers of healing, relaxation and connection to self as well as your guides. As you are the one who sets the intention for your own healing this hour can be as powerful as you choose it to be! This session will promote healing and relaxation on many levels, leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed and super relaxed.
This session is perfect to unwind and release stress, to provide a sacred space for self connection, to connect to your inner guidance, to connect with divine energy, to bring balance back to your energetic bodies, to relieve the body of tension and heaviness, the benefits are endless!
For those not so familiar with Reiki, it is a healing modality that promotes the physical and energetic bodies to function at their best! It allows your bodies to move stagnant energy, to release what no longer serves it or you, creating space for what does serve you!

This session will be held at Salts of the Earth, Narre Warren South. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so that we can start at 7:45pm.
